Bennie Oneal Jr.

Bennie was a gentle, patient, and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He shared 32 years of unconditional love with his wife, ButThi. Their home and ButThi were his peaceful world.

He is survived by his devoted wife, ButThi Huynh, and his daughter Paige O'Neal and Greg Sims. He is also survived by his stepdaughters Van and Uwe Haken, along with their children Vivian and Jeff Kimbles, great- granddaughters Addison Belle and Eliza Jane. Vanessa Nguyen. Valerie and Hugh Browder. His stepdaughter Chau Monica and Johnny Ho, along with their children Dylan Mathew, Erin Marguerite, and Chloe Michelle, also survive him.

Bennie is also survived by his brothers Benjamin and Tracey O'Neal, Anthony and Brenda O'Neal, Greg and Pam O'Neal, Curtis O'Neal, and his sisters Patricia and the late Larry Sullivan, Nina O'Neal. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bennie attended Booker High School in Barnesville, GA. After completing his education, he proudly served in the Army from June 17, 1974, to June 16, 1980.

Following his military service, Bennie worked as a Security Officer for the State Prison in Jackson, GA. He later retired from HTP Textile Plant in Stone Mountain, GA.

In his free time, Bennie was an absolute die-hard fan of the Atlanta Braves. He never missed a game and cheered for his team with unwavering passion.
