Addis "Freddie" Sylvester McGinn III, 71, of Little River passed away on April 22, 2018.
The hardest working man, he started his career as a commercial fisherman in Florida, running countless and successful trips around the Gulf of Mexico. He settled in Little River, opening a Fish House with his wife and family and worked hard until the end. His presence on the water front will be missed.
He is survived by his childhood sweetheart, and wife, of 51 years, Rebecca McGinn; his three children, Jackie McGinn, Julie McGinn, and Addis McGinn; four grandchildren, Mackie Ruby, Mattie Ruby, Mary Ruby, and Sarah McGinn; sister Debbie Bagnal; and niece Loretta Coates.
A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, April 29th at the Fish House in Little River from 3:00-5:00 pm.
