Constance Ermine Smith

She is survived by her husband Harold of 66 years, and her sister Carolyn and brother-in-law Fred Wellman, first cousin Freida Stallard, nephews David and Michael, niece Terri Levinstein, and 8 grand nieces and grand nephews.

Connie had many friends in SC. Including very special friends Carol McKinney, Anita and Eric Rosenberg, Judy and Jerry Wright, Irene and Julius DeLorenzo, Diane and Vince Decaria, Debbie Cowart and Diane Fisher.

She loved gardening, playing golf and PoKeNo. Connie was a very kind and giving Christian.

Connie graduated from Coeburn High School in Wice County, VA in 1957. She worked for the Dept. of Labor in Washington, DC, and later for the US Defense Dept. in Alexandria, VA. She retired after 32 years and moved to Little River, SC in 2001.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A memorial service will be held on April 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Lee Funeral Home and Cremation 11840 Hwy 90 Little River, SC 29566. Inurnment will follow in North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens.
