Diane Maddock

January 22, 1930 – April 1, 2025

With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the passing of Diane Maddock, who peacefully departed this world on April 1 in the early hours of the morning, surrounded by those who cherished her. At 95 years young, Diane’s life was a testament to love, devotion, and kindness.

Born in Cresskill, New Jersey, on January 22, 1930, Diane was a woman of unwavering faith, a dedicated wife, and a caring mother. She shared 48 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Arthur J. Maddock Jr and now they are reunited for eternity.

Diane is survived by her loving sons, Keith and Chris, and their spouses, Betty Faggella-Maddock and Roberta Maddock, along with her daughter-in-law Jackie Ogden. Her husband Arthur Maddock Jr and her sons Neil Maddock and Andrew Maddock who predeceased her.

She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Keith, Britney, Courtney, Jason, Mackenzie, Rose, Anthony, Megan, Daniel and Timothy and her great grandchildren Ciaran, Rylee, Lucas, Dominic, Rylie, Chase and Christopher each of whom carries forward her legacy of warmth and compassion.

Her faith was her foundation, guiding her throughout life with strength and grace. She was a devoted mother, always putting her family first, offering endless love and wisdom to those lucky enough to know her. Her presence was a blessing, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts.

A celebration of Diane's life will be held at Lee’s Funeral Home in Little River, SC, with a mass at St. Patrick’s Church in Bedford, NY on April 12 at 10AM. She will be buried at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, NY. Donations to The American Heart Association are welcome in lieu of flowers.
