Edward “Eddie” Thomas Myers, 92, passed away on November 8, 2020.
Born in Altoona, PA, he was the son of Thomas Edgar and Vesta Swope Myers. He worked as a mechanical engineer for Sylvania and GTE telephone companies.
Eddie is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann; his brother Russ; his sister Helen; a loving step-daughter Debra; son-in-law Colin; several nieces and nephews; granddaughter Ashley; and grandsons Michael and Ryan, whom he loved dearly.
Celebration of life will be Saturday, November, 21, at 11:00am at Little River United Methodist Church. Friends may call on the family between 2:00-4:00pm to share refreshments and memories of Eddie at their home.
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing may contribute to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the local animal shelter or any animal charity, Alzheimer’s Association, or any military charities in memory of Eddie.
