On March 2, 1957, Elaine married Bernard P. Bradley Jr. and they shared 67 years of marriage before his passing on January 30, 2025. Surviving her daughters, Phyllis Bradley, Marcia Attwood; nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Bernard Bradley III and her brothers, Theodore A. Volb, Jr. as well as Walter Richard Volb.
Elaine graduated from Murrell Dobbins Vocational Technical School and her major field of study was Dressmaking. She retired with her husband and moved to Calabash, NC in 1995 from Indian Mills, NJ. Elaine enjoyed her time golfing with her friends; especially when she made her “Hole-in-One” on June 7, 2002.
Elaine was a devoted wife and mother and she will be greatly missed!
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2025, at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory, 11840 Highway 90, Little River, SC with burial at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Southern Palms Memorial Gardens, 5000 US-17, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
