Gary E. Carroll

Gary Eugene Carroll, 74, died peacefully on Monday, March 27, 2017 at home.

Born on July 18, 1942 in Vinton, VA, he was the son of the late Jerry and Mildred Barton Carroll.

Gary was a very active member and Deacon of First Baptist Church of North Myrtle Beach. He loved to travel and was a Lab Technician at Loris Community Hospital prior to his employment with Allstate.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Martha Leach Carroll; son, Todd Carroll (Amy); daughter, Melissa Owen (Brian); stepsons, Jim Cannon and John Cannon (Joan); brother, Dennis Carroll (Vickie); and a sister; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, March 31 at First Baptist Church of North Myrtle Beach. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
