Geraldine Myers

Geraldine “Gerry” Myers, 86, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023 at her home with her family by her side. Born on January 4, 1937, in Mt. Holly, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Myrtle Jobes Kinsey.

She graduated from Rancocas Valley Regional High School and studied Business Management at Armstrong Atlantic State University and Rowan College. She was a Senior Area Sales Administrator for the Eastern Region with Union Carbide in Burlington, NJ. She was transferred to ESAB in Florence, SC until her retirement and following retirement she made her home in North Myrtle Beach.

She was married to late Robert “Bob” Fields for 30 years.

A life-long Methodist, Geraldine was a 32-year member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she married her husband, Henry “Hank” Myers in 1991. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.

Her husband, Henry “Hank” Myers survives Geraldine as well as her children: Bruce Fields (wife, Mary Ann), Betty Jo Crawford (husband, Dr. Paul Crawford), Tracy Myers (wife, Melinda), Dawn Renee Smith and Robbin Myers. Also surviving is her brother, Frankie Kinsey; sister, Susann Philbrook; grandchildren, Faith Ann Fields, Shelby Crawford, Alexis Crawford, Robert Crawford, Brittany Ryan, Ariel Ryan, Melissa Altman; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 706 14th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
