Larry, we have such beautiful memories of our times with you and Debby. You are truly a special man,  so kind, gentle,  willing to do anything to help a friend, and always making us laugh.  We will  miss our  walks on the beach,  shared dinners,  and the  long chats that followed.  Lilianna, Violet, and Rosabel adore you!  Each time we traveled  with them to  Myrtle Beach  they would ask if we will see Larry and Debby...to them it wasn’t Myrtle Beach until you visited!    The last few months of your life were difficult ones, but you approached this chapter of your life with the same strength , selflessness, and dignity you lived by. I am so sorry of my Uncle’s passing.  He was a kind and loving man and was loved by everyone that knew him. 

I have fond memories of all my visits to his home in Syracuse and especially the wiffle ball games in his backyard.  You will be missed immensely.

Dear Dad we all were all glad to be with you  though the   years.   The memories were many and always be cherished.  Will miss my visits with you and listening to your many stories about your life. More than anything I will remember losing so many games of cards against you. (I don’t  think it’s ever been done before)

The memories I hold most dear are when we would all get together as a family at Jidu's and Situ's, and Uncle Larry was a huge part of what made those memories so special to me. He was very gentle and softspoken, but always so genuinely interested in us kids; even when I was pestering him with the newest magic trick I learned. I'll miss him very much.

Dear, dear Larry. You can now breathe easy and smile at us forever. Larry was a gentle man of few words, until he began telling stories of his youth.  Such a joy to listen to him and share his laughter!  Larry was a kind man, always willing to help others. “I’ll hang that wreath.  We’ll come over and move your grill before the storm.    What do you need? I’m here.”  Larry was a loving man, good friend and loving husband. He adored Debby.  They were a team, two best friends, and Larry will continue to be with you, Debby, giving you courage, strength, and hope.  Rest In Peace, my friend.

Larry, Larry, what can I say! Such a great neighbor and friend,always willing to help with anything we needed big or small. I always enjoyed your many stories of you life. You will truly be missed by Debbie and your neighbors. Your smile and special wave can not be duplicated. Till we meet again my friend RIP.🥰🙏

When life gets rocky, you call on the people that can help anchor you. Uncle Larry (your husband, your Dad, your Jidu, your brother, your friend) was one of those men for me. He was always there to help support all of us at a new life journey, a holiday party, or just when you called. I loved looking into a room and seeing his glimmering eyes. I loved hearing his joyful laugh and his smooth voice cadence. If I needed to talk, he would let me go on and on. If I needed to just sit and be, he knew how to do that too. 
Visiting Uncle Larry, Aunt Deb and May in NC was the first real family trip across state lines. It was such a journey and adventure! 
Uncle Larry gave us his Nissan Pulsar as my first car! 
We had countless swim parties, movie nights and sleepovers at the house (even through college). I loved visiting him at work so I could see how cool it was to run a whole store and balance all the people that counted on him. Person first, boss second. 
Uncle Larry (and Aunt Deb) helped teach me my fave card game, Skip-Bo (Skip-Boo) at my Situ's and so many more fun games we have played over the years...
The last memory I will leave is learning from Uncle Larry how to show love. Do not be afraid to love and to show your love. 
Family, I love you. Call on me if you need another anchor during this time because one of our favorites is anchoring with the angels. 
Keep loving in his memory and keep shining your light.

May Uncle Larry rest in eternal peace.  Forever thankful for his gentle spirit, calming demeanor, and unwavering support.   Thinking of you all and sending all my love.  Where there is deep love there is great grief.  💙

We will always remember our dear brother-in-law as the love of our Sister’s life; always by her side, her devoted husband and cherished companion in life. He was a devoted family man who was proud of his children and grandchildren. Larry was a gentle soul who quietly enjoyed the high energy that surrounded him during family gatherings. We are grateful for our many fond memories of fun visits, Larry’s great story telling and lots of laughter. He was notorious for his generous hospitality, always meticulously preparing his home and meals along side his wife.  Larry was easy-going unless he had a point to make which was usually delivered as a one-liner with swift precision. Larry’s selfless and giving heart was notable as he was always quick to help others. We will never forget the love and fun camaraderie we mutually enjoyed whenever we were blessed to be together. You will be missed dear brother-in-law. You are loved. 

Growing up with  a second family is a blessing that not everyone receives, but one that I have been blessed to have. I am grateful to have experienced the love and pride Jidu had for his family. I will cherish my memories of morning coffee, conversations, and card games where he was a part of my life and my family without pause. Loving him as my own, Jidu, you will be missed.

One of the best memories I had growing up was going to the Florida keys with Situ and you watching the most beautiful sunsets in Key West. We shared many sweet memories in life from Thanksgiving dinners to visits in Myrtle Beach and many in between. I’ll always remember the laughter, the smiles, and most importantly the love. It will never fail to put a smile on my face when everyone asks me what a “Jidu” is because you were the best Jidu a girl could ask for. Miss you Jid.
