Lucas John Martino

Lucas John Martino, beloved infant son of Haley Gavrilis and Carmine Martino, passed away on November 27, 2017.

Lucas was born on October 2, 2017. Lucas was the happiest, most lovable baby with an amazing smile.

Other than his parents of Calabash, NC, Lucas is survived by maternal grandparents, Nick and Tracy Gavrilis; paternal grandmother, Gina Martino; maternal great grandparents, Kathie and John Johnston, and Maria and Nick Gavrilis; paternal great grandparents, Denise Liprio, and Benny and Grace Pipitone; Godparents, Dominic Martino and Megan Kesky; aunts, Tori DeVito, Jadyn Gavrilis; and uncles, Dominic Martino, Dino DeVito and Nicholas Gavrilis. He is predeceased by paternal grandfather, Dino Martino; and paternal great grandfather, Richard Liprio, and loved and cherished by so many.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 pm on Friday, December 1 at Lee Funeral Home Chapel, with a prayer service being held at 5:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, Carmine and Haley have requested that donations be made in Lucas’ name to the American SIDS Institute, 528 Raven Way, Naples, FL 34110.
