Paul Edwin Taylor

He was born March 11, 1935 in Davidson County, NC. Son of the late Roby Lee and Beulah (Williams) Taylor.

In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Bryon Taylor in 1978 and a sister Ramona T Hedrick in 2018.

Mr. Taylor attended Lenoir Rhyne College for 3 years, and returned to Lexington, NC to join his father in business. He later became the owner/operator of a wholesale sporting goods business and retired in 1985. He moved to North Myrtle Beach in 1988 and was a member of Waterbrook Community Church.

He is survived by a son, Mark E. Taylor of North Myrtle Beach, SC; daughter, Paula T. Hughes (Ed) of North Myrtle Beach, SC; granddaughters, Taylor Hughes (and great-grandson Lincoln) of Conway, SC, Morgan Hughes (Donny Kettner and great granddaughter Blakely) of Little River, SC, Madison and Carly Taylor of Lexington, NC.

There will be a private family Celebration of Life at a later date.
