Peggy Sue Todd

Peggy Sue Todd, 67, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, following a valiant battle with cancer. Born on April 20, 1958, in Conway, SC, Peggy was the daughter of the late Ernest Todd and Daisy Anderson Parker.

Having grown up in North Myrtle Beach, she attended North Myrtle Beach High School and worked as a housekeeping supervisor for many years at the Holiday Inn. Peggy had a love of the beach and enjoyed dancing, shopping, walking on the riverwalk, taking trips as well as thrifting, crafting, sewing and quilting. Her greatest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren and spending time with them was her favorite pastime.

Surviving are her children, Kenny Todd (Kimberly), Chris Todd (April Lathrop), Maegan Todd Owens (Zachary); grandchildren, Daysha Todd, Breanna Todd, Tucker Marcellas, Ellis Todd, Maddison Owens, Anthony Owens, Aiden Owens; and her boyfriend, Steven McCarthy. Also surviving are a sister Gloria Todd; nieces, Ashley Hawes, Katie Todd; nephew, Michael Todd; stepbrother, Donnie Parker; and stepsister, Wendy Bennett. Peggy was preceded in death by her stepfather, Donald Parker; brother, Billy Todd stepsisters, Sheila Parker, Donna Lenard; and stepbrother, Scottie Parker.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Sharon Baptist Church, 7610 Highway 90, Longs, SC.
