Ronald E. “Ron” Greene, 74, died Monday, March 13, 2017 at his home.
Born on December 26, 1942 in Charlotte, NC, he was the son of the late George L. and Christine L. Gettis Greene.
Ron is survived by his wife of 28 years, Patricia Worley Greene; son, Ron Greene, Jr.; daughters, Mamie Harrell, Kelly McDaniels; brother, P.L. Greene; 10 grandchildren; and one great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his daughter, Sandy Sherrill.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, March 16 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens.
