Born on December 10, 1943 in Sicilia, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Antonia Ferraro Macchi.
Mrs. Di Maio is survived by her husband of 50 years, Samuel J. Di Maio and one son Francis Di Maio.
