She was the wife of William “Randy” Lowery.
Stacie was born on June 17, 1971 in Frederick MD. Only daughter of William A. and Helen L. (Flohr) Kennedy.
She was a 1989 graduate of Linganore High School in New Market MD and a 1993 graduate of Hood College in Frederick MD.
Stacie was an early childhood teacher for many years. She was a member of American Legion Post 11 Auxiliary.
In addition to her husband and parents she is also survived by a son, Sean Ridgely and two stepsons Michael Lowery and wife Allie of Mauginsville, MD and Caleb Lowery of Frederick MD
The memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory,
11840 Hwy 90, Little River.
Memorial contributions may be made to the North Myrtle Beach Humane Society.
