He was the loving husband of Mary Lou (Megrey) Adams. They were married for 55 years.
Stanley was born on April 14, 1948 in Durham NC. Son of the late George O. and Ruth (Hewitt) Adams.
He was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked in many facets of the grocery business; in sales, in management, and as a broker/consultant. He was owner of Sales Marketing Solutions. Fast cars, racing and football were his favorite pastimes.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by a son, Stanley C. Adams, Jr. (Robin Joiner Adams), and their children, Hunter, Cameron and Kelsey; a daughter, Wendy Allison Adams; two sisters; Sandra Reese and JoAnn Koch. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Adams.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
