Tommy was born in Rocky Mount, NC on November 6, 1950 to the late Marvin Stanley Felton and Beatrice Pittman Felton. He also was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Bruce Felton.
Tommy is survived by his sister, Carolyn Felton Remmey (Albert) and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 in Pineview Cemetery, Rocky Mount, NC.
