William B. Ambrose, Jr., 95, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2021 at his daughter’s home.
Born on July 19, 1926 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William B. and Katherine Miller Ambrose.
Mr. Ambrose served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy during WW II.
Mr. Ambrose is survived by his children, William B. Ambrose, III, Jeffrey D. Ambrose, Rebecca L. Oals, and Susan F. Hannah; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, August 19, 2021 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the family. Burial will follow at North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens.
