Beth Ann Ohaus, 51, died peacefully at home in Livingston on Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was born in Denville, N.J. and during her life she resided in Florida and New Jersey. Prior to her illness she was employed as a mother baby nurse at Overlook Hosptial in Summit. Beth loved her “babies”. She was a strong caring and loving person with a great sense of humor. Beth is survived by her devoted husband Horst, her beloved mother Doris Arifian, her loving sisters Karen Rogers, Nancy Hudson and Laura Sisk; also her niece Melissa Sisk, nephews Baycan, Deren and buddy Erol Azeri and sister-in-law Hannelore Piller.
Her family will receive friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave. on Thursday, February 21, 2013, from 12-3 PM and 5-7 PM followed by a prayer service of remembrance. Memorial contributions in Beth’s memory may be made to Atlantic Health Hospice, St. Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center or the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter.
