Dorothy C. Williams, 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, 2022 in Livingston, NJ. Dottie, as she was known to her family, friends, and neighbors, held various positions in her 20-plus years at Chubb Insurance, reaching the level of Executive Assistant in the years leading up to her retirement. An active parishioner at St. Raphael’s Church in Livingston since its inception, Dottie was a member of the Senior Group as well as the Pleasantdale Senior Group.
Dorothy was predeceased by her dear husband, August A. Williams. She is survived by her loving children, Sheri Williams Blauvelt and her husband Bobby and Steven J. Williams and his wife Diana Lewis, as well as her grandchildren, Rob Blauvelt, Tiberius (Ty), and Bret Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 4-7 PM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Livingston. Funeral service and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dottie’s name may be made to St. Raphael’s Church, Livingston or to Road to Recovery, Inc., Livingston, NJ
