Florence McCue, of East Hanover, passed away on September 16, 2014. She is survived by her loving daughters, Carol McCue and Linda Hill and her husband Bruce, her cherished grandsons, Michael Palermo and his wife Laura, Chris Palermo and his wife Jen, and Douglas Palermo. She is also survived by her great-grandsons whom she adored, Sean, Jake, Colin, and Judson Palermo, and her grand-nieces Bianca and Gianna Sacco-Calderone. She also leaves her sisters Mig Baranski, Josephine Ostazewski, and Rita Rovinski, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Peter McCue and 8 siblings. In addition to her love and devotion for her family, Florence was a tireless volunteer at St. Rose of Lima Church, East Hanover, for over 25 years.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21 from 2-6 PM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Livingston. Funeral mass will be offered at St. Rose of Lima Church, East Hanover, on Monday, September 22 at 9:45AM with entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
