

Originally born and raised in Pittston, Pennsylvania, Henry was one of five siblings. Several years after graduating high school Henry migrated to New Jersey to pursue employment and search for career opportunities.
After several short term employments, he landed a position as an assembly line worker for Westinghouse. He received several promotions and was elevated to manager status. When Westinghouse decided to transition plant operations to Texas, they offered to relocate him. Ultimately he decided to stay in New Jersey where he met his one and only bride Marlene Tronio.
Shortly after being married, he chose an opportunity with State Farm Insurance Company. Henry proceeded to attend the Vale School of Business and became a licensed insurance broker. He diligently worked to ultimately build an extremely successful State Farm Agency. After 30 years of as a revered agent, he retired from State Farm at the age of 65. He was deeply involved for many years with St. Raphael’s RC Church as an usher, lector and Eucharistic minister. He loved hunting and sharing same with his sons.
His wife of 61 years, Marlene, passed in July of 2019. Henry leaves behind his sister Anne, three sons, Samuel, Richard and Gregory, and daughter-in-laws April, Deborah and Patrizia. As well as five grandchildren Vaughn, Reece, Derek, Giuliana and Valentina, and two great grandchildren Dylan and Gabriella.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 4-8 PM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Livingston. Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Philomena's Church, Livingston, on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 10AM, with entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
