Nicholas Q. Bonvini, 88, of Livingston, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Nicholas was the former owner of Bonvini Restaurant in Livingston for many years. He was also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Korean War.
Nicholas was predeceased by his beloved wife, Antonia. He leaves behind his loving children Maria Risi (Dino), Nicholas (Lisa), Marcello, and Trisha Seid (Chuck), as well as his 10 grandchildren Laura, Alexandria, Luca, Gabrielle, Zachary, Jordana, Nicolette, Nikki, Charlie, and Myles. He also leaves behind his great-grandson, Cole.
Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, January 13 at 9:15 AM at St. Philomena’s Church, 386 S. Livingston Avenue, Livingston, NJ. Interment and military honors will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nicholas’ name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
