He was born November 2, 1973 in New York City where he was also raised. He is pre-deceased by his mother, Frances Wolf Friedman. He was a yoga teacher and student who enjoyed meditation, painting, and playing guitar. He is survived by his step-father Dr. Frederick Friedman Sr.; his father and step-mother Christopher & Anne Newman; and siblings Hope Newman, David Friedman (Lana), Danielle Friedman, Dr. Frederick Friedman Jr., Dr. Douglas Friedman (Fidelia), Marian Trano, and Jill Porat, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend and will be missed.
