Rocco, a devoted husband and father worked for Peoples Company as a watch and jewelry repairman retiring in 1996 where he acquired the “Mr. Rocco” name. His craft was a skill hard to come by.
As a sergeant in the Korean War, he proudly wore his war caps wherever he traveled, appreciating the many thanks for serving our country.
Rocco enjoyed the Atlantic City casinos. He was a handyman often seen tinkering in his yard, garage or home, able to fix and build anything from A to Z. He was a kind and generous man to all.
He was a parishioner at St. Raphael’s Church in Livingston and a member of the Livingston Senior Citizens.
Surviving are his wife of 71 ½ years, Josephine and 3 daughters, Roxanne, Donna (Greg Astarita) and Linda.
Services are private. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, mausoleum, East Hanover, N.J.
