Sophia J. Wood, age 93, of Florham Park, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 6, 2013. A prayer service will be held on Saturday March 9, 2013 at 10AM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ. Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park E. Hanover. The family will receive their friends today Friday March 8, 2013 from 7-9PM. Mrs. Wood was a graduate of East Side High School Newark, NJ, she later graduated from Orange Memorial Hospital Nursing School in Orange, NJ, then worked as a registered nurse with Orange Memorial Hospital before her retirement. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert W. Wood and her devoted son Robert D. Wood; she is survived by her loving son William B. Wood.
