

Vincent Parrino, age 91, of Fairfield, NJ, passed away peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, July 11, 2016. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 12 Hollywood Avenue, Fairfield, NJ, on Monday, July 18, 2016, at 11 AM. The family will receive their friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, NJ, on Sunday July 17, 2016, from 3-7 PM.
Vincent was born in New York City. He attended Fordham University in the Bronx. He became a research chemist and was employed by Novartis in East Hanover for over 35 years before his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed playing tennis, working out at the gym, and going to the movies. At home he enjoyed watching TV especially boxing, the Yankees, and war-history movies. He loved sitting in the sunroom of his home with his two cats and looking out at his beautiful backyard. He enjoyed celebrations with his family, friends, and his neighbors of Marian Court in Fairfield.
Beloved and devoted father of Monica Parrino-Foulds and her husband Randy; dear uncle of Judith and her husband Teddy Calandra, Arthur and his wife Michelle Green, and Richard Furno; cherished great uncle of Mark Calandra, Natalie Furno, Bridget and Paige Green; great, great uncle to Nicholas Calandra and Angelina Furno; and loving elder to Taylor Foulds.
