Aaron Christopher Flynn

Aaron Christopher Flynn, 27, of Longmont, Colorado, died July 26, 2008, at Longmont United Hospital.Aaron was born January 31, 1981, in Raleigh, North Carolina to Christopher Maxey Flynn and Rosa Evelyn Beckwith. He graduated from high school in Beaufort, NC. He later earned an Associates degree in mechanical sciences from Nashville Auto-Diesel College.On June 19, 2004, Aaron married Amber Malia Kattar in Southport, NC. The couple was blessed with a daughter, Alivia Flynn, whom Aaron adored.An avid outdoorsman, Aaron loved the Colorado outdoors. Whether camping with buddies or fishing with his daughter, he loved being outside. He also enjoyed cooking. He was kind and generous, willing to help people in their time of need. Even in death Aaron was giving of himself, as several individuals were able to benefit from his generous anatomical donation.Those remaining to celebrate his memory include his wife and daughter of Longmont; his mother and step-father, Rosa and John Gillikin of Beaufort, NC; grandparents, Hazel and Thomas Beckwith of Raleigh; his brother, Levi Gillikin of Beaufort; and in-laws, Rick and Kathy Kattar of Erie, Colorado.He was preceded in death by his father.Services will be held in Raleigh on August 1st.
