Barbara was a homemaker and an accomplished china painter whose works are valued by her children, family and friends and those who purchased them in various local shops and from art shows.
Barbara is survived by her former husband, James W. Phelps, sister and husband Patricia and Dick Lowrie; her son and his wife John and Kate Phelps, daughters Kris Phelps and Leigh Koldeway; grandchildren, Andy Sanera, Amber Phelps, Crystal Phelps, and Allie Koldeway; and great grandchildren Alexis Nichols and Benny Surita, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
