

Brian was born on May 24, 1990, to Brian and Denise (Dee) Larson of Erie, Colorado. Brian attended Erie High School and graduated from Pleasant Hill Academy in 2008. He was the husband of his beautiful wife, Dani Macy, and the proud father of two wonderful boys, Johnathan Larson and Carson Crewdson.The loving brother to Nikki and Mandi Larson. He was a hard-working, devoted family man.
He had a love and passion for rodeo and the industry surrounding it. At the young age of 3, Brian began his Bull Riding career by riding sheep at various county fairs. He then went on to ride calves. He began riding bulls at the age of 12. In 2008 at the age of 18, Brian received his Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association permit and became a card member in 2009. He began riding bulls in the Mountain States Circuit and qualified for the finials numerous times throughout his career. In 2011 Brian received a rodeo scholarship to attend Colorado Northern Community College. He participated in Bull Riding, Bareback Riding, and Team Roping during his College Rodeo career. He was the 2014 Rangely Rock-N-Bull Champion Bull Rider.
Brian loved to share his knowledge and love for Bull Riding. If you spotted him behind the chutes at a bull ride, more than likely, he was helping another rider or teaching the next generations.
Brian won numerous awards and buckles throughout his career. Some of his most proud accomplishments include Steamboat Series 2015, Evergreen 2011, Jake Booco Invitational, Gilpin County Bulls and Beads, and being 16th in the All-American Pro Rodeo Finials.

His Brother Wyatt Alvin Larson, Grandmother Darleen Fergie, Grandfathers Leo Macy, Arthur Albert Larson, Uncles John Albert Larson, Ronald Alvin Larson, and his beloved four-legged friends Pepper and Dakota.

His wife Dani Macy, his children Johnathan Larson and Carson Crewdson, Parents Brian and Denise (Dee) Larson, Father-in-Law Leo Macy, Mother-in-Law Dawn Macy, Sisters Nikki and Mandi Larson, Brother-in-Law Levi Macy, Grandparents Wyatt and Sherry Akers, Ruth Larson-Macy, Aunt and Uncles Edwin and Sonja Akers, Melissa Lee-Overland, Tammy Peterson, numerous cousins and his beloved four-legged friend Gracie.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Friday, January 7, 2022, at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman St. Longmont, CO 80501, with the interment to follow. A Reception will be held at Trinity Baptist Church following the interment.
