
Cari G. Price-Cook, 47, passed away October 21, 2017 at TRU Hospice Care Center in Boulder, CO.She was born January 15, 1970 in Van Nuys, CA to Chetwyn and Penny (Tomlinson) Price. Cari grew up in Camarillo, CA, graduating from Rio Mesa High School in 1988. She attended San Diego State University from 1990 to 1995.She met Brett Cook in San Diego in 1995 and they were married after moving to Las Vegas, NV in 1998. They lived in Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, Los Angeles, CA and back to Las Vegas before moving to Longmont, CO in June of 2009.She worked for nearly 12 years at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in LA and Vegas earning many sales awards on her way to a position in management. Most recently, she worked in the Craft Beer and Hospitality/Restaurant industry with her favorite positions being at Oskar Blues here in Longmont.Cari was an avid sports fan, she enjoyed boating, waterskiing and football. She was a huge Bronco fan. She spent many hours attending her daughter's softball games for the past 5 years and was an enthusiastic side line Mom. She also enjoyed cooking, entertaining and hosting friends.Cari had an infectiously funny and amazing personality. She made a huge impact on everyone she met and built instant relationships and made new friends every day. She was unapologetically real and we are all better people for having been around her.Cari is survived by her husband Brett; daughter Morgan; mother Penny Price (husband Greg Meyer); father Chetwyn Price (wife Christiana); sisters Cindy Mills (husband David) and Kelli Sparks (husband Charles): step-brother Christopher Myerchin (wife Sharma); fourteen nieces and nephews; father-in-law and mother-in-law Mike and Connie Cook and sister-in-law Marcie Kubik (husband J ).She was preceded in death by a step-sister Lisa Thomas.Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel on Terry St in Longmont and immediately followed by a Celebration of her Life at The Oak Room at the West end of the Oskar Blues Brewery near the corner of Sunset Rd and Pike Rd.
