
Christopher John Robinson of Denver, Colorado, died March 3, 2008, at his home. He was 38 years of age.Chris was born September 28, 1969, in Rhinebeck, New York, to William Marcus and Keven Moran (Sullivan) Robinson. In 1988, he graduated from Niwot High School where he was a player on the baseball team. He also attended the University of Northern Colorado. In March 1994, Chris married Amy Arndt in Longmont. They later divorced.Chris had a passion for cooking and loved preparing meals for others. His love for all human beings was evident in his work in community service. He worked at the Boulder Homeless Shelter as an intake counselor, and recently as a youth counselor with the Denver CAC.He is survived by his father, William Robinson, II and his wife, Sue, of Sanibel, Florida; a son, Daniel Thomas Robinson, of Longmont; three brothers, William Robinson, III and his wife, Kim of Rochester, Michigan, Michael Robinson and his wife, Suzanne, of Littleton, Colorado, and Andy Robinson of Sanibel; and one sister, Rebecca Robinson of Sanibel. He is further survived by a niece, Kristen, and three nephews, Marcus, Michael and Dillon.His mother, Keven Moran Robinson, preceded Chris in death in 2003. Graveside inurnment will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2008, at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3:30 p.m. at Howe Mortuary, Longmont.
