Cole was born on September 2, 2003 to Ken and Kathy Rademacher at St. Luke’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado. He was almost the baby of the family, arriving into the world as Baby A just one minute before his twin brother, Tristan, also known as Baby B. Cole and Tristan’s big sisters, Chelsie, Chrystal, and Baylee were so excited to welcome their baby brothers to the family. Cole was the blue baby, and Tristan the green, nicknamed as such to match the colors their parents painted their toenails to tell them apart. Even so, at times it was difficult to know, as the pair looked so much alike.
Cole and Tristan were quite the boys. They came into the world together, grew up together, went to school together and played sports together. Known to their family as the “booger brothers” growing up, they would be too busy to clean the boogers from their faces. As they grew older, they found a love for camping on their own and would plan their own camping and fishing trips, even though Cole hated touching the fish and worms.
Cole was a happy child and made friends everywhere he went. He was kind and compassionate and would always say yes if help or a favor was needed. He wasn’t a complainer and always fought for the underdog. Although he could seem quiet and reserved at first, once you got to know him his genuine personality truly shined. Cole was also responsible, taking care of the aging family dog and giving him his medicine every day. He was imaginative and creative, often making up amazing games and scenarios. He also had a hidden sassy side and a fun spark inside of him. Cole was completely loyal to his family. He was down to earth, very open and nonjudgmental, and was a great listener. He was always smiling and laughing. His smile would brighten even the cloudiest of days.
Cole could always be found at the lake, swimming, tubing, or just enjoying nature. He was an athlete and cherished all sports, especially basketball and golf. He loved Colorado Titan’s Basketball and Erie Basketball. 33 was his favorite number. Cole was a teenager and he ate like one. He loved honey buns, ramen noodles, Takis and all things spicy. He graduated from Erie High School in May of 2021 and had just begun looking for a career path to follow. He liked school and he loved his friends.
More than anything else in the world, Cole loved his family, and they loved him. He was their light and their sunshine. There are simply not words enough to describe the heartache his passing brings. He was a great son, twin, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend. Cole Baby, you will truly be missed.
Cole was preceded in death by his grandpa Ed Rademacher and his “papa” Ed & “gramma” Betty Johnson. He is survived by his parents, Ken & Kathy Rademacher, his twin brother, Tristan James Rademacher, sisters, Chelsie Ann Sinclair, Chrystal Lynn Rademacher, and Baylee Lyann Reinstein, nephew Sky Edward Sinclair, and grandma, Magdalen Rademacher.
