David was a graduate of Skyview High School in Denver, CO and received a BA in International Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder. David will be remembered as a devoted husband and a loving son and uncle.As a result of his long time commitment to customers at Aspen Eyewear and most recently Wink Eyewear he has touched the lives of innumerable people. During his career, he used his impeccable sense of style to make each person feel special. Somehow, the world looked better once you were looking through the frames he personally selected for you. David had a passion for entertaining friends and family with fine food, spirits, and that wonderful sense of humor. David?s generous nature and culinary talents made getting a year older a pleasure, as these celebrations were accompanied by one of his famous homemade birthday cakes?.each one carefully fashioned for the recipient. David is survived by his wife Pamela McCorkle, parents Barbara and Myron Taylor, sister Debbie Taylor, nephews Justin and Brandon Taylor, nieces Shannon Rosquist and Amanda Arrington, aunts and uncles and countless friends. A Celebration of David?s Life will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2007 from 11am to 2pm at 1431 Northridge Drive Erie, CO.
