Diana A. Horne

Diana A. Horne, age 79, of Longmont, Colorado passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Diana was born November 28, 1942 in Denver, CO; to Glen Murray and Lillian Parkhurst Murray. Mom was married to Rex Horne for over 30 years. Mom was a hard worker. She started working in her early 20's doing all types of office work and continue until retiring at age 65.

She was a member of the Ambassador Baptist Church. Mom was a kind and friendly person and will be missed by her family and all that knew her. Mom loved horseback riding and owned several horses. She also raised Brittney Spaniels and enjoyed field trails. Mom loved animals and had many dogs + cats through out her lifetime.

She was preceded in death by Rex Horne, her father Glen Murray and mother Lillian Murray; and one brother, Elwyn "AL" Badger.

Mom is survived by two daughters; Wendy Ochsner (Rick), Laura Linderholm (Steve), three grandchildren, Amber and grandson-in-law Charles; Cody and Scott. Two Great-grandchildren, Hailey and Makayla. Mom is also survived by her partner and caregiver Daniel Ward.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the National Jewish Health or Humane Society. There will be a Celebration of Life on March 26, 2022 at 11am, at the Ambassador Baptist Church 2015 3rd Ave, Longmont, Co, 80501.
