Eric Norman Western, of Longmont, passed away at Longmont United Hospital on Monday, January 25, 2016. He was 66. Eric was born October 17, 1949 in Oshkosh, WI to Norman and Doris (Clewien) Western. He was married in Fargo, ND on April 20, 1979 to Ann Coleman who survives. He served in the US Air Force and was a retired Air Traffic Controller (Denver Center). Eric was a member of B.P.O.E., the Masonic Lodge, and an Eastern Star Past Patron (Columbine Chapter). Other activities included league bowling and golf.
In addition to his wife, Eric is survived by his children, Brandon Western of Longmont, and Kristin Western of Johnstown, and a granddaughter, Lily Landenberger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Doris Western, and his sister, Coral Pinkie.
