An avid fisherman, hunter, and gardener, Fred found his greatest peace outdoors, whether he was camping under the stars, hiking through Colorado’s wild landscapes, or tending to his garden. He was a skilled carpenter and handyman extraordinaire, always ready with the right tool and a helping hand. Fred proudly owned and operated Fred Robb Carpentry of Firestone, Colorado, providing handyman services, kitchen and bath remodels, tile and vinyl flooring installation, and hardwood floor installation and refinishing. His work reflected his attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and dedication to helping others make their homes better.
He had a deep love for cooking, especially when it came to smoking meat. His brisket was legendary among friends and family. Fred was also known for his love of music, especially country and rock. Whether driving down backroads or gathering around a fire, his playlists reflected his bold spirit and love for life.
Above all, Fred cherished the time he spent with his children. He loved being a dad, sharing the outdoors, laughter, and life lessons with Adessa and Frederick III, creating memories they will carry with them forever.
He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Robb; his daughter, Adessa Robb; his son, Frederick G. Robb III; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins who will deeply miss him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frederick G. Robb, and his brother, J. Raymond Robb II.
Fred will be remembered for his strong spirit, generous nature, and the quiet way he made things better, whether fixing what was broken, feeding those he loved, or simply showing up when it mattered most.
