He will be missed greatly. I first met Gerald about 7 months ago. I work next door to the goodwill. Every time I saw him working out back we would speak. We would speak about life and crack jokes. He always had a smile on his face. I would take him water and sometimes lunch from the pizza place next door. Even though he told me no 100 different times he didnt need anything. He was Very respectful, genuine and hardworking man. I was looking for you a few weeks ago every time I went out back of our office. Day after day I didnt see you. Never did I expect this horrible news. Prayers to your family. You were an amazing person. The world would be a better place if more people were like you.

How do I share 41 years worth of memories? And that's just my memories there's all the story's I heard from before I was born, i don't have enough space.
Jerry was a great big brother, he always wanted to protect his little sisters even if he went about it wrong, like when he wanted to beat up the neighbors because they took and broke my doll. Or when he drank most of my bottle of alcohol I had someone buy for me and a friend when I was 15 ( he thought he was showing off and didn't know it was for me). Then there's the horrible nicknames he gave me and Tanya. Tuna Can for Tanya Ann and Nasty K for me. Not fair that mine was the only one that stuck with me for years!
That's just some of the numerous memories that have been constantly running through my mind since Friday. Rest well big brother until I see you again. I know you're with mom and Tanya, if it were possible maybe now you'd let Tanya cut your hair!
I envy you being able to hug mom and Tanya and I know you're finally free of the asthma.
Love your little sis Nasty K. 💔

He told me he promised his mom he would never cut his hair 😍 he called me trouble maker 😀 we had many conversations , I'm sorry you're gone Mr Gerald 😢 I will definitely miss you. Uncle Jerry sure loved this picture of all of us kids with Grandma. Every time I would see Uncle Jerry he would always pull out his wallet and shows us this picture ❤😥
