Glynda was such a sweet person.  She was always positive and greeted you with a smile.  I enjoyed working with her at Sanborn.
She will be missed by many.    


So sorry about Glynda but glad to have been able to say goodby before she passed. She was a lady that never complained even though she had  bad health days with her arthritis. She was a wonderful teammate to teach with and the children  in school were lucky to have had her. I was always impressed with the creative ways she taught history, and made it come alive for her classes.
She and Leonard were good friends and they will both be missed. 


Glynda was a dedicated teacher with a tremendous sense of humor!  She worked tirelessly for each and every student in her care.  She was devastated at Leonard’s passing and will certainly find comfort to be reunited with him.


Sharing a classroom with Glynda was a wonderful experience. She was a master teacher who perfectly paired being a consummate professional with a loving and kind demeanor. Her transformation into various historic characters was enjoyed by both students and colleagues. What an amazing imagination and spirit! She touched so many lives.

Glynda and I taught together and remained friends after retirement.  She was a respected teacher and a good person. She and Leonard were always so much fun to be around.  Her recent move to Longmont was going to mean more time for girl talk over lunch.  I will miss those times. Rest in peace Glynda.  You will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing you. 

I met Glynda when I started working as a paraprofessional at Sanborn Elementary. She was a great lady and I admired her. She will be greatly missed.

Glynda, I only met you once, but at that time you were providing love and support to a dear friend of mine in her time of need.  On that day I knew your soul to be beautiful.  Thank you for the good you did in life.  You raised up others and affected a far greater circle of people than you would have believed.   -signed, Janet, a friend of your friend.

Glynda was such a dear friend,  and I will miss her terribly. She and I shared so many good times together. One that stands out in my mind is when we traveled down to Bent’s Fort during the summer to learn more about that era in Colorado history. That knowledge would enhance our teaching.  We had so much fun! On the way home we took a narrow mountain road. We had no idea where it would lead us! Talk about a fun adventure! Her memory will always have a place in my heart. Rest in Peace, my friend.

I worked with Glynda at Sanborn for many years.  She was a true professional and a good & kind friend.  She touched the lives of so many children and collegues.  She and Leonard could throw a great party too!!!  I will remember her with great fondness and am thankful she was a part of my life.  Nancy and Bernie Juth
