Jacob Schaefer

Jacob J. Schaefer, 58 of Broomfield, CO passed away August 24, 2016. He was born August 2, 1958 in Greeley, Colorado to Donald R. and Betty J. (Aschenbrenner) Schaefer.Jacob graduated from Windsor High School and the University of Colorado with a degree in communication.Jacob was a manager with Federal Express and worked to set up a Canadian air post in Winnipeg, Canada. Jacob played all sports in high school, he enjoyed fishing, snow skiing, water skiing and music. Jacob was preceded in death by his father, a brother Russell Schaefer, and a sister Delma Marie Muhle.Jacob is survived by his mother Betty Schaefer, a brother David Schaefer, a nephew Matthew Muhle, aunts Bonnie Kanouse and Nancy Larson, his uncle Duke Aschenbrenner (Joanne), numerus cousins and brother in law John Muhle.Memorial service will be 11:00 AM Thursday Sept 1, 2016 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel 326 Terry St. Longmont, Colorado.
