

Jacob Alan Theiss, 21, of Longmont passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley due to injuries from an automobile accident.He was born November 30, 1994 in Paradise, California to Anthony W. and Susan L. (McDaniel) Theiss. Jacob moved with his family to Longmont on July 1, 2000. He graduated from Skyline High School class of 2013. He attended University of Northern Colorado in Greeley for one year, and had just completed his course work and was scheduled to graduate on May 7, 2016 from the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley as a massage therapist.Jacob has worked at King Soopers on South Hover Road in Longmont since June of 2014.Jacob was a musician. He played the ob and was a composer. He was currently in the process of writing several books at once. He was a fan of Pathfinder and enjoyed playing the game with his friends. Jacob was known to tell goofy jokes and rambling stories but mostly for being a caring and loving person.He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Emogene Thompson.Jacob is survived by his mother Susan L. Theiss, his father Anthony W. Theiss, siblings Joshua, Jasmine and Keegan, maternal grandmother Ellie Carroll and husband Anthony, paternal grandfather William A. Theiss and wife Mary as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.A service to celebrate his life and how he touched us will be held at Noon, Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, please dress casually.
