Judy was born in Elmira, New York on September 29, 1941, to Fred and Ruth Klebert. The family owned and operated Klebert Greenhouses in Elmira Heights, New York. Judy had a love of plants and gardening learned at an early age that continued throughout her life. This was reflected in the beautiful gardens she created wherever she lived.
Judy attended and graduated from SUNY Delhi. She was an executive assistance at Westinghouse until she became a full-time homemaker raising her two daughters. Judy loved to travel and instilled this love in both of her children.
Judy is survived by her two daughters and two granddaughters, Kristina Frandsen and Lily Frandsen of Longmont, Colorado, and Erica Frandsen and Maddi Fairbanks of Alameda, California. She is also survived by her sister, Marian Rutty. Judy was loved dearly and will be greatly missed.
