Leah was born in Denver, CO on May 21, 1941 to Evelyn (Beale) and Anthony Barnum. She grew up in the Denver area, and attended Aurora High School. She met the love of her life, Jack Finley, at Gates Rubber Company in 1958 and they were married on March 26, 1960. They welcomed two children, Robbie J. and Dawna.
Leah was “the best” bookkeeper, working for her husband Jack. She was Jehovah’s Witness and was very dedicated to her faith. Leah spent a great deal of time volunteering at the Kingdom’s Hall and sharing the word. She loved to study the Bible, both on her own and with others. Leah was a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother. She was loved and she will be missed.
Leah was preceded in death by her parents and by her daughter, Dawna, who passed away on October 12, 2012. She is survived by her husband of almost 62 years, Jack Finley, her son Robbie J. Finley, sister, Francis Hunt, grandsons, Robert Dunlap and Rick Michael Finley, granddaughter, Teri Coffman Trujillo and many many great children.
A Memorial Service was held for Pearl via Zoom on Saturday, March 12th, 2022. The family extends their gratitude to all those who were able to attend virtually to remember Leah. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.ahlbergfuneralchapel.com.
