
Born on July 6, 1946, in Plainfield, NJ, Lenore was known for her deep sense of conviction, keen mind, and insatiable love of learning. A devout Christian, she dedicated herself to numerous community projects that reflected her faith and values. Her creativity and drive led her to explore a wide range of passions, including real estate, grassroots campaigning, interior and landscape design, and art curation.
Lenore found joy in tending her garden, reading, and staying informed about current events. She had a remarkable ability to infuse any space with beauty and creativity, and she will be remembered for her tenacity, intellectual curiosity, and impeccable sense of style. (As well as her abiding devotion to radishes and black licorice.)
She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Miller and Lauren Barker, and her four grandchildren: Jacob, Jayden, Lola, and Lilly. She also leaves behind her sisters, Nancy Gercke (Madison, WI) and Linda Payne (Houston, TX). She was preceded in death by her parents, Lenore E. and Robert S. Kremer, and her brother, Robert (Otto) Kremer.
