Lissa Lynn Reeves (Nichols)

Lissa was born June 12, 1956 to Bill Nichols and Nancy Coralyn Kerr Nichols. She moved to Colorado in 1957 and the Boulder County area in 1969.

Lissa worked for a number of years as a waitress, at various restaurant establishments. After attending to further studies, she worked as a medical assistant for a short while. For her entire adult life she worked as a hairstylist, a career she dearly loved and took great pride in providing the styling and personal needs of her clients. She was affiliated with DJ Everett, among others.

She recently was confirmed in the Greek Orthodox Church, affiliated with Saints Peter and Paul, Boulder. The Church had helped with her part time employment the past 10 years, she also grew a great deal in faith.

Preceding her in death is her father.

Surviving are her daughters; Chelsea Reeves of Ft. Collins, Jamie Reeves of Dearborn, Michigan and Brieanne Walker of Hay Springs, Nebraska; her mother Corky Nichols of Longmont; a brother Gary (Debbie) Nichols of Longmont and a granddaughter Kayden Waskul and many dear friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 6, 2010 at Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 5650 Jay Road, Boulder, with Reverend Father George Dokos officiating.

Interment will follow at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
