Luke Henry Blackwell, beloved son and grandson, passed away December 23, 2015 at Children's Hospital, in Denver. He was 16 months old.Luke was born on August 26, 2014 in Longmont, CO to Zach and Megan (Adams) Blackwell.He is survived by his parents; a brother Brody Blackwell; a brother or sister due in April; his grandparents Tom and Nanette Adams and Rick and Linda Blackwell; his great grandfather Dale Royston and great grandmother Anne Adams; and his aunts, uncles and cousins.A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Grace Evangelical Free Church, 2415 Lake Park Dr. A private family burial will take place.
