KIRK, Margaret L., 83, of Longmont, CO. passed away peacefully at Longmont United Hospital on November 11, 2009 surrounded by her family. She was born in Boston, MA on July 26, 1926. Margaret married James F. Kirk in October 1946 and moved to Longmont, in 1978.Margaret was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing at Sunset Golf Course with her friends.Margaret is survived by her children James Kirk, Kathleen Simpson (Tom), Christopher Kirk (Lori) and son-in-law Thomas Driscoll, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James F. Kirk and daughter Peggy Driscoll.Funeral services will be held at Howe Mortuary Chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 with burial to follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
