Nancy Louise Seals

Nancy Louise Seals of Mead, died July 20, 2013 in her sleep of natural causes in Mead CO. She was 74. She was born May 13, 1939 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Richard R. and Vida (Crawford) Barnes. She was the youngest of 8 children. She moved to Denver Colorado in 1959 from Arkansas. In 1961 she married Ralfe F. Seals of Holly CO. They had one child Carole Anne Seals born in Denver. He preceded her in death in October of 1999. She lived with her daughter Carole in Mead since 2010.

Mrs. Seals enjoyed her family, reading, going for walks and exercising at Curve’s, listening to “real” country music, watching old movies and the soap “Young And The Restless”. Making and wearing jewelry, garage sales, drinking Pepsi’s with restaurant ice and eating out . She was also an animal lover especially frogs and turtles and dearly loved her cats YoYo and Nosey and four dogs Hugs, Kisses, Coco and Fudge.

Survivors include her daughter Carole A. (Seals) Davis of Mead, CO, two sisters Vida Lee (Barnes) Lorenzo of Westminster, CO and Edna (Barnes) Walker of Texarkana, TX. She is further survived by her granddaughter Jessica (Davis) Blevins and grandson-in-law Joseph Blevins of Longmont. There will be no services preceding cremation but “Love Gifts” can be made in her memory to the Epilepsy Foundation or Humane Society of your choice. Thank you.
