and daughter in law Mary Tatum, his six grandchildren Tawra Kellam (spouse Mike), David Cooper (spouse Sheala), Tonya Bernal (spouse Chris), Daycia Langridge (spouse Tim), Kami Fugate (spouse Jarrod), Norman (Joc) Tatum III (spouse Kelly) and 12 great grandchildren Cody and Alex Cooper, B.J., Elly, David, Jack Kellam, Brandon and Meagan Landridge, Jacob and Shiloh Fugate, Gianna and Emalyn Tatum. His sister Donalee Hogstrom.
Norman (Toby) retired from military after serving for 28 years in all the branches. He served as China Marine, in World War II, Korean and Vietnam. He was a Hurricane Hunter flying on C130 plane. After retiring from military he worked at Safeway as painter on their semi trucks for about 15 years. He loved restoring Model T's and Model A cars and traveled extensively with car clubs all over the world. He was greatly loved by all who knew him and had many many friends.
