In 1943, the family moved to Pendleton, Oregon where she finished grade school and then attended Upper Columbia Academy. She graduated from Walla Walla University with her nursing degree and went on to Loma Linda University and obtained her Master's degree in nursing. On June 2, 1963, Jackie married Fred Clague in Portland, Oregon.
Jackie enjoyed traveling with her husband in their motorhome, painting and spending time with her grandchildren.She is preceded in death by her parents and ten siblings.
Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Fred Clague, two children, Gary (Mercedes) Clague of Longmont, CO and Sherri (Bud) Harrison of Loveland, CO, three siblings; Jim Fiedler, Aaron Fiedler, and Samantha Nelson, five grandchildren; James (Ellen) Clague, Marc Clague, David Clague, Carrie (Victor) Thorsted and Logan Harrison and one great-grandchild, Freya.
